It’s a safe convenient and welcoming place to stay with a good breakfast and they are used to the fact that most flights

It was convenient for the thing I needed to do and has some good facilities a nice bar and a breakfast is absolutely superb.

The title grand is a little bit outdated. It really needs a massive refurbishment in the both rooms(I stayed in the sister property for two nights) the bath or the shower didn’t work properly. There’s an overriding smell of tobacco throughout the whole property, but that’s actually Jordan all over.

Enjoy Jordanian hospitality

Staff are very friendly and helpful. You can use the pool and roof top bar at the connected hotel, the Regency Palace.

There is no shop within close range. Busy and Abdali neighborhood is walking distance, but the way there is not pleasant for pedestrians.

The kindest most hospital staff , really made my stay high recommend

The staff were incredible - so polite and friendly and accommodating , they went out of their way to help with everything and anything needed

The rooms are quite dated in design , and the location is abit noisy as next to a school and motorway

Good for one or two nights but not sure you could walk outside as very busy road probably need cab

Gave us access to the regency hotel with roof top pool, Dj, indoor pool, best breakfast in Jordan, great themed restaurant in regency

It’s clean but sadly it needs a refresh carpet furniture in all the rooms. Would not put us off stay again as the amenities in regency & bar area are lovely

Good

The best part about this place is its location. The breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately, a guest had a "call girl" with him in the hotel, and the scene was quite unpleasant, especially if you are traveling with your children. The a room was initially VERY unclean, especially the carpets and smelled horribly of cigarets. But upon complaining to the staff, it was cleaned the next day thoroughly. Special thanks to the head of reception who was very diligent and made sure I had more than a pleasant stay.

Lovely staff

We stayed two nights and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only hotel we stayed at which gave us never ending water. We left our last day to Petra before breakfast (included), but the lovely staff provided us with breakfast in tuppers to go. Would definitely go back there.

Breakfast was excellent, rooms big, staff excellent, special thanks to IKSANDAR AFRAM for being so helpful and the lovely fruit basket in the room

Everything was fine, need some renovation the bathroom but it was ok and very clean!

Wonderful

Clean, comfortable rooms and great restaurant/gym/pool attached to hotel next door as well

Counter staff were a bit disengaged at times and it was a challenge to try and get back my baggage I left for the day after I checked out and went on a tour before airport

Excellent service in the breakfast resturant and the room was old style but bed very very clean

The breakfast waiter in the 1st breakfast day who made me the best dish مسبحه very nice as I ordered for the 2nd one and kept eat this in the next day breakfast. I do not his name but he was excellent with his great customer service. All of them in the breakfast time were great...I will definitely recommend any one to stay there as I will do in the future.
